Le 35 East Wacker (autrefois appelé Jewelers' Building1) est un bâtiment de 159 mètres de haut et 40 étages situé dans le secteur du Loop. Situé en bordure de la rivière Chicago, il a été construit de 1925 à 1927, et a été conçu par l'architecte Frederick P. Dinkelberg2. Il se trouve à côté de l'Unitrin Building.

Le Trump International Hotel and Tower est un gratte-ciel résidentiel et hôtelier portant le nom du milliardaire américain Donald Trump. Achevé à l'été 2009, il est le deuxième plus haut gratte-ciel de Chicago et des Ãtats-Unis après la Willis Tower. L'immeuble mesure 423 mètres et possède 96 étages.
